Session booking - now closed

Pre-booking for the 100-plus breakout sessions is now closed.

Pre-booked
If you have booked breakout sessions in advance of the conference, details including the room number will be printed on your badge. Please note: if you are not at the room within five minutes from the start time for any given session, your place may be given to another delegate if needed.

It is not possible to make changes to bookings during conference. If you wish to attend a different session from the one you have booked, go to the appropriate room for the start of the session where any available places will allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Not yet booked
It is not possible to book for breakout sessions after Friday 21 November. If you have not pre-booked breakout sessions, at the start of the session go to the room in which it is being held, where any available places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
