New for 2011 – national and international examples of outstanding practice
Professor Brent Davies’ passion is to work with schools and their leadership teams and with those about to enter or aspiring to headship roles. Brent’s work supports schools as they develop strategic plans that bring rapid and sustained improvements. Feedback from previous workshops includes:
‘this is the best course on leadership I have ever attended’ … ‘Brent offered inspirational and practical ideas’
All delegates will receive a free copy of Brent’s book, Leading the strategically focused school which ‘is full of wonderful conceptual tools, and practical case vignettes […] An inspiration and invitation to take action for the good of all’. (Michael Fullan, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education University of Toronto).

Following the success of our workshops with Professor Brent Davies earlier this year, we are delighted to invite him back to Wales. As requested by the iNet Wales Executive Committee members, this workshop is an opportunity for current and aspiring members of your senior leadership team to step back from day to day tasks to work on your school’s strategic development and then return to school with a set of skills and materials on developing strategy which is a driving force for change.
The standard cost of the workshop is £250 per person. However, an early booking discount is available.
If you book a place before Friday 21 January 2011 pay only £230 per person.
The conference price for non affiliates is £270 per person. Please contact us for discounted rates to send three or more members from your SLT team.
