• To provide you with online services such as access to password protected sections of the SSAT’s websites or for you to subscribe to our press release or newsletter service. Your details will also enable certain areas of the websites to be personalised to you
• To improve or enhance our websites. We are always looking at improving our websites to ensure they meet your needs and provide the information you need
• To process financial transactions for purchases made using our websites
• For staff administration and employment / assignment of work for consultants
• To notify you of products, services and programmes offered by the SSAT and
• Otherwise as reasonably required by the SSAT and its affiliates to operate their business or as required by law

The SSAT and its affiliated entities will use personal data relating to you. Such data may also be released to third parties (such as government entities, service suppliers, schools involved in the same programme of work or sponsors). We would never sell mailing lists or make available your personal information available to other organisations unless stated above. While the personal data is stored in the UK, we may transfer data to other countries worldwide including those without data protection laws. We transfer personal data to other countries, firstly so that our subsidiaries and international consultants can undertake work on behalf of the UK office (eg a service supplier) and secondly as part of our international work to build international networks between schools in different countries, including organising study tours and events.
