Who can I talk to at the event?

SSAT stand

The SSAT corporate stand will be located in the registration area at the ICC. The stand will provide a focal point for delegates where information about the SSAT products, programmes and services will be showcased. You will also have an opportunity to meet and network with SSAT colleagues and representatives.

Designated areas of the stand will offer corporate information, specific conference-related materials and meeting places. There will also be an interactive area with internet pods where you can access our websites and blogs, and order publications online.

As well as being a key contact and meeting area over the three-day conference, all staff on the SSAT stand will able to help you with SSAT-related enquiries.

Conference helpdesk

For general enquiries about conference logistics, such as programme times, rooms etc, please visit the helpdesk. This will also be positioned in the registration area opposite the main SSAT stand.

Registration desk

Staff on the registrations desks will provide you with your delegate badge and pack and will be able to deal with any enquiries regarding your conference booking.
