HUR is based in Finland and is Europe’s largest manufacturer of air resistance machines. The UK office is based in Colchester.

Air and weight-stack exercise machines work in the same way, in that both provide concentric and eccentric resistance.  With air the muscle is exercised through the range of movement, regardless of speed of movement, and without harmful impact to joints. 

For schools HUR machines are a safer alternative to traditional weight stack machines.
